Garci - Owner, Groomer (Lonsdale, Prior Lake)
Garci has been grooming since 2004 and started Pet Perfect Grooming in a small room in her home. She has been in the pet industry for over 35 years—26 of those as a veterinary assistant. Her dedication and passion has made Pet Perfect grow into what it is today. Continuing education and providing the best experience for your pet, as well as the best customer service for you, are the cornerstones of her business.
Garci has lived in Lonsdale for over 20 years, is married and has 4 grown children. She has rescued many dogs in her life and has a special compassion for the old ones. When she’s not at work, Garci loves to be with her kids, husband and dogs, Gelato and Kent.
Patti - Groomer (Prior Lake)
Patti began her career with Pet Perfect Grooming in the summer of 2011 and came back each summer after. During the months outside of summer, she worked as a paraprofessional at Prior Lake High School. She became a full-time groomer with Pet Perfect in 2019. Patti has a knack for taking care of senior and challenging dogs and has mastered the art of being patient with them.
When she’s not at the shop, Patti is fond of spending time with her two sons and with Maddie and Pearl, her two Shih Tzus. She enjoys camping, riding motorcycles and traveling.
Jackie - Groomer (Prior Lake)
Jackie joined the Pet Perfect team in 2016 and has worked as a bather and personal assistant to Garci. In 2019 she took on training to become a full-time groomer. Jackie has also mastered the art of patience. Though she may be soft spoken, she knows how to keep challenging pets under control and has great ability when it comes to making anxious pets feel calm. She loves working with pets and is very glad she decided to become a full-time groomer.
In her free time, Jackie likes playing board games and video games. She also loves adding to her coffee mug collection, spending time with her fiancé and her Japanese Chins, stargazing, camping and going to the Renaissance Festival.
Tracy - Groomer (Lonsdale)
Tracy has been a part of the Pet Perfect team since 2017 and is beyond grateful to have finally brought her passion for animals to life. She has worked with animals her entire life, including a position at the Horse and Hunt Club for several years. She loves being able to make your pets look their best and feels great gratitude in being able to do so.
Outside of grooming, Tracy finds happiness in living the country life with her husband, son, Labrador Retriever, Cheveya, and two farm kitties. Her hobbies include camping, fishing and going to the lake.
Erin - Groomer (Prior Lake)
Erin started with Pet Perfect Grooming in 2024. She graduated from Argosy University in 2009, having studied to be a veterinary technician. In 2011, she switched careers and began her journey as a groomer.
When she’s not at the shop, Erin enjoys hikes, video games and bike rides with her fiancé, Tom. She has all different kinds of freshwater fish, including Bob the Loach, Marble the Betta and two Pea Pufferfish.
Conrad - Groomer (Prior Lake)
Conrad joined the Prior Lake team in 2024. He’s had a passion for dogs for his whole life and decided to finally take the leap into grooming. He loves getting to meet and work with all of the dogs and takes his time to make sure each one has the best experience possible.
Besides grooming, Conrad enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, family and three dogs. He has two Pitbulls, Canyon and Daisy, and a Chihuahua, Ciannes.
Brookelyn - Groomer (Prior Lake)
Brookelyn has been with Pet Perfect Grooming since 2022. She had thought about becoming a groomer throughout high school, and once she graduated she decided to take the leap. She knew she made the right decision right away, as she loves being able to work with dogs and being able to make them look and feel their best.
Outside of work, Brookelyn loves boating, painting and spending time with her friends. She has three dogs at home, a Labrador named Trigger, an Aussiedoodle named Tucker and a Yorkie named Pip. She also has chickens and two axolotls.
Erin - Receptionist (Lonsdale)
Erin came to Pet Perfect in 2018 and is one of the voices you’ll hear when you call the shop. She truly admires her job, getting to build rapport with clients, and falling in love with each dog and cat that comes through the door. She often jokes that working at Pet Perfect Grooming keeps her from becoming a crazy dog lady.
Erin has one dog, Fenway, a Boston Terrier. She also owns two horses, IRS and Ravin, who are part of a riding program in Wisconsin. Outside of work, Erin has traveled to many places around the country, and the world. She enjoys spending time with her family—fur and human. She also loves photography, art and living the best life she can.
Kendall - Groomer (Lonsdale)
Kendall has been a part of Pet Perfect Grooming since 2020. She is a bonafide animal lover and participates in 4H and FFA. She loves working at Pet Perfect and enjoys getting to see all the fur babies and familiar faces.
In addition to 4H and FFA, Kendall’s hobbies include: barrel racing, photography, showing goats, spending time with her family and, of course, spending time with her many animals.
Olivia - Receptionist (Lonsdale)
Olivia joined the Pet Perfect team as a receptionist in 2023. She loves getting to meet and bond with pets of all kinds.
When she’s not on duty at the shop, Olivia loves baking, cooking, and spending time with her friends, family and pets.
Josiah - Receptionist (Lonsdale)
Josiah has been with the Lonsdale team since 2022. Growing up with dogs, he’s always had a deep admiration for them and knew he wanted to work with them in some capacity.
His hobbies include listening to and playing music, theater, traveling, especially to visit his family in Panama, and spending time with his pets. He has three dogs at home, two Australian Shepherds, Oakley and Macho, and a Shiba Inu, Garfunkel. He also has a cat named Simon. His favorite breed is Aussies, he finds their intelligence to be fascinating.
Gabbie - Groomer (Lonsdale, Prior Lake)
Gabbie began her career at Pet Perfect in 2021. She grew up loving horses and many other animals. She hopes to learn how to groom cats and even horses.
When she’s not grooming, Gabbie loves spending time with the animals on her farm, giving them lots of treats and love. She also enjoys taking Huxley and Boston, her Boston Terriers, on walks and car rides. She is also very interested in cars and likes to learn about them from her dad. Dedicated to her craft, she often watches videos of other groomers, to learn about their techniques and styles.
Alyssa - Groomer (Lonsdale)
Alyssa came to the Lonsdale team in 2024 and has been a groomer for three years. Before that, she attended cosmetology school at Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute.
Besides grooming, Alyssa also enjoys playing video games, art, shopping, traveling and attending concerts. She loves animals of all kinds, and she has a Corgi, two disabled cats and a chinchilla.
Jorgia - Groomer (Lonsdale)
Jorgia has been with Pet Perfect Grooming since the spring of 2023. Initially, she went to school to become a veterinary technician but discovered her passion for grooming, instead.
Outside of work, Jorgia loves being able to spend time with her daughter. She enjoys four-wheeling, fishing, shopping and watching movies.
Jacey - Groomer (Lonsdale)
Jacey started her grooming journey with the Lonsdale team in 2024, after previously working as a bather for another shop. She fell in love with grooming instantly.
When she’s not grooming, Jacey loves horseback riding, dancing, hanging out with friends and family, playing board games, camping, shopping, road tripping and having quality time with her pets Timmy, Axle and Anika.
